TRANSCRIPT

Welcome to 1 Minute Tips!

Nothing is permanent!

I always remind myself of it. Specially when I see people behaving like they’re on the top of the world. Ruled by their inflated ego.

They believe this is a permanent state.

I see younger women going through life as if they’ll never get old.

If you’re going through a dark season, it won’t last forever. This is how life is.

If you’re feeling amazing, energised and motivated. I guarantee you that you will not feel this way forever either. I’m not saying this to bring you down.

You will have moments where you will feel sad, disappointed, or simply not feel good. But, you can, and should learn how to minimize these bad moments.

The same applies to the good seasons. As you discover yourself, you will learn how to make them last longer.

Life is ever-changing, and nothing is permanent.

I’m Rod Gomes and I’ll come back with another 1 minute tip soon.
Until then, come say hello over at 1minutetips.com

Take care, stay active, stay positive!
